The Memphis and Shelby County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is working to address basic infrastructure needs in the Uptown Tax-Increment Financing (TIF) District by providing sidewalk repair and public cameras, and to ensure adequate lighting for the streets and the community. Malasri Engineering is leading the streetlight assessment and evaluation, camera coordination, utility coordination, and smart city planning tasks for the project team.

Working with SARP10, Malasri Engineering identified and mapped approximately 3,600 potential sewer stream crossings. Through an iterative approach, Malasri Engineering developed best practices to identify, verify and assess stream crossing areas according to selected bases.
