Since 2017, Malasri Engineering has been designated as the prime consultant by the City of Memphis Division of Housing and Community Development for the ambitious Pinch District Development Project. Responsibilities include overseeing the infrastructure improvement projects outlined in the $48 million State Infrastructure Fast Track Grant. These projects include a 48” sewer line relocation and three phases of converting overhead utilities to underground.

Working with SARP10, Malasri Engineering identified and mapped approximately 3,600 potential sewer stream crossings.
